Each order is shipped directly from our warehouse to your home or to the address of your choice with our partner DPD. It will be delivered to you within 2 to 4 working days*.

Returns
If the item received does not suit you, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it. You can exchange the item, obtain a refund or a credit note.
Returns must be made in their original, complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), accompanied by the purchase invoice, to enable the product to be sold again in new condition.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted. In the event of loss on return, Maison Lacroix will not be held responsible. We strongly advise you to return your item by registered mail with proof of receipt.
