Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends.

Delivery is made within 24 to 48 hours in mainland France and within 3 to 5 days for international orders.

As soon as your order is picked up by our partner DPD, you will receive a notification by email or SMS, when this service is available in your area.

Delivery is free for purchases over €200 in mainland France, and over €500 for countries in the Eurozone and internationally.

Returns and exchanges

If the item received does not suit you, you have 14 days to return it.

RETURN COSTS:

In mainland France, the first return is free.

For Europe and international, return costs will be borne by the buyer.
